What happens after I register/pay?

The answer depends on the class...

Right now, my classes are hosted on Teachable. Once you register and create your account, you should receive a confirmation email from Teachable (and a receipt from Paypal, if that's how you paid). This can sometimes take a few minutes.

If you are having trouble finding your confirmation email, please check your spam and junk folders - as well as your promotions, social or update tabs if you use a gmail account.

Once your registration is complete, you can login to the Hali Karla Arts class site with the username and password you created when you signed up for the class (or a previous class on Teachable), and begin to enjoy the course content that has been released so far.

I also recommend putting these two email addresses in your address contacts, so that you do not miss any future class emails or updates: hello@halikarla.com and support@halikarla.com

Please note: If class has not begun yet, you will receive your confirmation receipt for your payment, and can expect an email from Hali Karla Arts when the class begins, if not sooner.

I'm having trouble watching the videos. Can you help?

Here’s some information that may help you make sure you’re set up to watch the videos as best as possible:

Each video is hosted on the Vimeo site.

To find a Vimeo app that is compatible with your mobile device, CLICK HERE.

The videos are best supported in the most up-to-date version of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox & Internet Explorer.

Most of the videos will require a fast and reliable internet connection for an optimal experience.

If you are working with a slower internet, it can take longer for them to upload. Try hitting play, waiting for the video to begin, then pausing it for 5-10 minutes and hitting play again.

If you encounter technical problems with the videos, please GO HERE to search for help that will be specific to your unique set of circumstances and devices.

What supplies do you use?

I use an assortment, depending on my mood.

Do you teach in-person workshops or events?

I have - in the past.

I plan to offer more moving forward, beginning in 2018.

The best way to be updated about future in-person workshops, classes and retreats is to join my mailing list.

Do you offer birth chart readings?

Yes! However, right now I am offering readings to participants in IN THE STARS first, and there is a waiting list.

When/if additional spots become available, I will offer them to my mailing list subscribers next.
