Freedom is about having choices.
I just said that to Steve the other day.

I think we were talking about being shackled to a mortgage.
Which we're not.
Which I'm SO grateful for.
Because without one, we have a lot more choices that suit us.

Today, in this video, I touch on how ordinarily mundane moments,
or even those undeniably irritating ones that drip with negative energy,
offer choices that can melt your heart,
with a simple shift in focus,
a softer tone,
a little eye contact
a slower pace.

And that melting just extends outward....

Therein lies the most empowering freedom to be found,
if you happen to be in the market for that.
