A Heartbeat (vlog) from Me to You

It can be an interesting experience to come into circle with a bunch of new women. We come for the calling, the purpose, the potential, the support, the connections.

We bring with us hopes and intentions and curiosity... and sometimes a lot of other internal stuff that's not so pretty or ideal - often without even realizing it at first.

With the responses to the {Painting} Vigil Invitation this week, and the beautiful energy that has been rising toward this virtual gathering on Sunday, I've found myself reflecting deeply about the spectrum of experience in women's circles...

So last night I made this little vlog, from my heart to yours, about some of the more tender places that sometimes rise in us:
