In the Spirit of Painting - 3 minute process video

I needed to paint... big and free and just for me. To clear the waters before recording an invitation~lesson for Spectrum. I also needed to test some camera, light and software settings for videos. So I took care of business and I took care of me all at once.

Feeling blessed that sometimes it can work out like that these days, if I just take a few deep breaths to assess what needs to be done + how I need to BE - and then get creative about my approach to both as I move through time.
